One brave soul took a chance and bought a bearded lady at the Patroller Auction. His reward was a foot of fresh all to himself. He came up with patrol early morning and rode the fluffy white stuff. Those were his tracks that you saw on your way up Chair Six today.
We waited for my fellow patrollers to clear each area, then we ripped down the South Face and right into a line-free base of Six. After a bunch of laps through the Bowl, we headed to the North Face and did a faceshot-filled run from the Portal through Northwest Passage.
Thanks to Mark for the winning bid, it’s the first time I’ve had tired legs from skiing pow before public showed up.
