Thursday, November 28 is going to be a busy day at Alyeska. Not only is it OPENING DAY for the ski resort, but lots of people also choose to skip the kitchen stress and celebrate their Thanksgiving holiday with us.

The Pond Café Thanksgiving Buffet is sold out for all seating times, but there are other options for guests:

Aurora Bar & Grill

Open 11 am to 11 pm, no reservations needed.

Thanksgiving Special: House Smoked & Roasted Turkey, Bacon Apple Stuffing, Rustic Mashed Potatoes, French Beans with Crispy Shallots & Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake  $34


Seven Glaciers
Open 5 pm to 9 pm. The restaurant will most likely sell out, and the early seatings have already filled up. Space is still available for later in the evening and reservations are highly recommended: 754-2237


Thanksgiving Chef’s Tasting Menu: Fall Salad (persimmon, pear, baby salad, bitter greens, hazel nuts), Duo of Bisque (lobster bisque, parsnip cream, pickled apple, caviar), Heritage Turkey (garlic mashed potato , green beans, pan gravy & traditional accompaniments), “Warm Spice” Rubbed Venison Loin (squash puree, Brussels sprouts, bacon, corn bread), Pumpkin Chocolate Cheesecake (ginger bread, pumpkin seed brittle) $79
